The Community Center is available to rent for both private and public events. The center consists of a main open floor, a stage area, a lobby area, two restrooms, a handicapped lift and a fully equipped commercial grade kitchen. All areas are for use for all rentals along with tables and chairs. The facility is equipped with air conditioning and multiple lighting options.
Rental rates for 2025 are as follows:
- Private parties such as birthdays, showers, anniversary, etc is $150.00
- Damage deposit is $75.00 without alcohol
- Damage deposit is $125.00 for parties with alcohol consumption.
- Booking the day prior for decorating (if available) is $50.00 for Monday – Thursday
- Booking the day prior for decorating (if available) is $100.00 for Friday – Sunday
- Wedding Receptions are $350.00 (Above damage deposits apply)
- New Year’s Eve Party is $200.00
- Public Event rates are based on use and will be quoted upon request.
- Alcohol at an event requires hiring a constable. Cost is in addition to above rates and are the responsibility of the renter. A list of constables will be provided.
- The Center has table linens, centerpieces, and food service equipment for rent. A list will be provided on request.
- The center is available for occupancy from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. New Years Eve party is available to 1:00 a.m.
