What’s is the rental fee?

As noted in Renting the Center tab, most personal events are $150, community meetings will be negotiated at scheduling, wedding reception $350.


Do you cash the deposit fee?

No, we do not. Once the event has ended and the facility was left clean, no damages or broken equipment, and must be compliant with the cleaning checklist given with your contract, it will be given back to the renter.


Can I cancel my event?

Of course! We are a community supporting organization and recognize that life does happen sometimes. Our operations are based off the rental income, so we will allow you to cancel at any time.
